Family members inherited property with abandoned structures and dense overgrowth. Their vision is to remove the old structures, clean out the property which had been used for a neighborhood dump ground with old tires, concrete, etc. and then market the property for sale likely in the commercial market. This project involved demolition, land clearing and environmentally-friendly disposal.

Newly-arrived resident to Washington County purchased property and constructed a new home. His vision was to turn the cattle tank on the property into a large, fully-lined pond which he would be able to view from his home site. We worked to make his vision a reality, building the new pond, lining it with bentonite and coordinating with local hydroseeding company for final step.

Multi-generational landowner wanted to enlarge his pond primarily for aesthetic reasons. Additional work to repair pond dam.

Local landowner wanted to convert a spring fed cattle tank into a large and deep pond. Significant land clearing, grading and ultimate success in building a significant addition to the property which also supports the wildlife exemption and provides a beautiful view from the home site.

Washington County property owner needed to resurface their gravel driveway. Their vision was to replace the existing high grade material and the final finishes for the driveway were very important to them. We provided them with several different options to select from, and the result was the client got exactly what they wanted.

Landowner hired a local contractor to build a new house on their property. The house was sited to maximize the view, with significant slope to the property. Using GPS equipment and precision, the site was graded and the pad properly put in place.

Property owner had a dry creek which had eroded significantly over time and resulted in an unsightly mass of falling trees and dirt. We removed the trees and resloped the creek, providing significant improvement to water flow and reducing damage to the property.

Significant landowner acquired adjacent property and needed fence lines cleared, underbrush and some trees removed. Plan is to execute again once an additional tract is purchased by a group of investors including the landowner.

Commercial business in Austin County needed to assess significant maintenance issues on their property including land clearing, driveway enhancement and fence post relocation.

Residence owner has purchased additional land in Washington County with a vision to build a new home, barn and road in stages, eventually moving there when completed. We worked on the first phases of the plan involving land clearing and some dirt work around the barn area, preparing for the next stage when owner is ready.

Out of town landowner engaged us to do land clearing and referrals for building a gate and fence. As scheduled, we mow the property several times per year so the owner can use the property for weekend recreational use.

Family members inherited ranch property which they engaged us to do pasture shredding for the entire property while they evaluate options on the property. If the property is retained by the family, discussed cutting the pastures on a regular basis.

New landowner purchased property on which he plans to build a weekend house. As a first step, engaged us to mow the property while he evaluates timing of hiring a building contractor.
